We process orders quickly to ensure on time delivery. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before it is dispatched.

For UAE orders, please ensure your emirate (for example, Dubai) is entered correctly in the “Area” field of your Apple Wallet address.

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that we do not ship to countries affected by ongoing conflict.
United Arab Emirates
- Delivery time: 0 –1 working days
- Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 2pm (excluding Sunday)
- Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 2pm (excluding Sunday)
Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain & Saudi Arabia
- Delivery time: 2 – 4 working days (excluding Sunday)
Rest of the world
- Delivery time: 5 – 7 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday)
Yes - complimentary shipping is offered on all orders. For orders placed outside of the UAE, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed, followed by tracking details when your order has been dispatched.
If you are placing an order outside of the UAE, any customs duties, import charges, or local taxes applied by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns that are initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- United Arab Emirates: Returns are free of charge.
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and other international countries: Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
